My favourite place for AYCE sushi place in all of Toronto!!! So much better than Kaka in terms of price vs quality and service.
MUST ORDER on the menu is their fusion rolled. Omg the creamy torched salmon mayo on top of the roll literally melts in your mouth. I had an out of body experience when I took my first bite.
Their menu is HUGE as well, from fried chicken to mega salad to chicken katsu don. Their Salmon and White fish sashimi is always fresh and they don't load on rice like other AYCE sushi places.
Best part of the whole restaurant is the service, the manager is this very lovely lady whom we greet everytime we visit. We left Toronto for a year and the first week back we visited New Gen and she remembered us :'). Talk about amazing. -

Came here for the all you can eat sushi and was not disappointed. The price was reasonable and the speed of the order was great. To order, you place your order at the table and it's brought out to you -- it's not a buffet. And the sushi and sashimi are the same quality if you'd placed a single order.
It's not quite a five because there could have been more wasabi and one of my friends had to request the gluten-free soy sauce a couple of times before the wait staff got around to it. These minor setbacks aside, this is an outstanding place to eat. -

Hello Yelpers!
Went here for lunch. We tried the all you can eat meal. It was pretty pricey but the menu included sashimi. It's basically one price for everything in the menu whether it is lunch or dinner.
Quality of the food is okay. I found the fried rice too greasy, the chicken Karage too fried, the takoyaki balls were too fried as well. The enoki mushrooms were okay. The dynamite rolls were dry. The sashimi tasted fresh. The ginger ice cream was pretty nice, refreshing.
In terms of the service, unsure if the lady was new but she forgot to give us our individual plates. And she just seemed lost or overwhelmed. But it's okay, she'll improve. The other male server seemed stressed out too as it took a while for him to come to us and get orders.
Would I come back again? Probably not. Sorry. -

Came on a Saturday night, we were drawn to the line hoping it was a good indication of the quality of the food to come. Waited about 20 minutes around 8:30 pm to get seated. Compared to other AYCE we found this place had nothing that was memorable. Quality of the food was low. Ordering was also a hassle since the waiter took down the order of all food items individually. Given we were doing the buffet they should have a better ordering process in place. Menu was also confusing if you don't know the Japanese terms of sushi items. We spent $80 after tax and tip for two for medio quality sushi. Will be sticking to Kaka or August 8 for AYCE.

This is downtown Toronto's best kept secret for ayce sushi. For $24.99, we got to eat wide variety of rolls including torched salmon, lobster (Canadian roll), salmon roe (pacific roll), etc. Their appetizers are also very yummy, our favorite was the kalbi ribs.
However, some items were a clear miss. Our sweet potato fries were overly salted and peppered unequally sliced sweet potatoes that were then fried to a mush but not crispy state.
The wait is very long so make sure you make an rsvp before showing up on weekends.
